SELF-INITIATED PRODUCT CONCEPT
NOVA is a self-initiated AI intelligence workspace designed to help modern teams make better decisions from scattered company knowledge. The concept explores how documents, customer feedback, support conversations, research, meetings, and business data can be connected in one place, synthesized into meaningful patterns, and transformed into evidence-backed recommendations and actions.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Modern teams rely on information spread across documents, customer feedback, support conversations, research, meetings, and business tools. The challenge is not simply accessing that information; it is connecting the signals, understanding what they mean together, and deciding what deserves attention.
NOVA explores a more intelligent way to work with company knowledge — turning scattered information into evidence-backed insights that can support clearer decisions.
Critical information lives across disconnected sources.
Meaningful relationships are difficult to spot across large amounts of information.
Teams spend time gathering and interpreting context before they can act.
PRODUCT GOAL
The goal was to design a workspace that helps teams move from fragmented information to meaningful understanding without adding more complexity.
NOVA needed to make company knowledge easier to connect, easier to interpret, and easier to act on — while keeping the experience focused, trustworthy, and clear enough for everyday decision-making.
Bring documents, feedback, support conversations, research, meetings, and business data into one connected intelligence layer.
Show the evidence behind each insight so teams can understand why a pattern matters.
Translate insights into clear next steps instead of stopping at summaries or dashboards.
PRODUCT STRATEGY
Rather than treating NOVA as another dashboard, the product was structured around a simple progression from information to action.
The core experience follows this sequence:
Brings the company’s source material together.
Shows where an insight comes from.
Reveals recurring themes and relationships.
Explains what those patterns mean.
Helps teams interpret what deserves attention.
Turns understanding into a practical next step.
INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
The intelligence loop shaped NOVA’s core product architecture. Instead of organizing the experience around disconnected features, the product was structured around four primary destinations that support the progression from information to understanding and action.

CORE EXPERIENCE
The core NOVA experience was designed to keep intelligence understandable at every step. Teams can ask a question, review a synthesized answer, inspect the evidence behind it, and move toward a clear next action without navigating through layers of disconnected dashboards.
What would you like to understand today?
Users understand why verification is required, but not what happens after document submission. That uncertainty is creating an avoidable exit point.
Recurring issues across support conversations and customer feedback suggest an emerging onboarding problem.

DESIGN SYSTEM
NOVA’s visual system was designed to make complex intelligence feel calm and understandable. The interface uses a limited palette, strong typography, subtle surfaces, and consistent spacing to keep attention on evidence, meaning, and action.

WHAT I’D VALIDATE NEXT
Because NOVA is a self-initiated concept, the next phase would focus on testing the product with real teams and validating whether the experience helps people understand evidence, trust the recommendations, and move toward action with less friction.
Can users understand where an insight comes from and why they should believe it?
Can teams move from question to evidence and insight without feeling overwhelmed?
Do the recommendations feel specific enough to support a real next decision?
These learnings would guide the next iteration of the product, including deeper knowledge management, stronger collaboration, and more refined decision-support workflows.
